Terms: R-Desk pilot agreement

Who

You: the café and owner named in R-Desk's Café details.
Us: RestroSachiv, run by Litoria Hospitality (proprietor Anoop Rawat), Hyderabad, Telangana. Udyam registration no. UDYAM-TS-02-0066627.

A Windows app on your café's PC. You load your POS reports (the daily sales export from Petpooja; on another POS, we set R-Desk up for it before your install) and your Swiggy/Zomato weekly statements.
It shows your daily, weekly and monthly numbers, where your app money goes, a GST summary for your CA, and a Sales Booster with things to try.
The Ask box: answers come from a small AI that runs on your PC. Your questions are not sent to us.
R-Desk is licensed to you for this café's PC during the pilot. Please don't copy it to other PCs or take it apart.

You can always open R-Desk to view and export your own data.
New imports, the Sales Booster and the Ask box stop unless you choose a paid product.
If you choose Sales Booster as your paid product, it comes to your phone every Monday.

R-Desk asks you separately whether to share your weekly reports with RestroSachiv. Agreeing here does not turn sharing on.
Your customers' details never leave your PC. If you say yes, your weekly reports are shared with RestroSachiv to improve your Sales Booster and the product.
Shared each week: the reports you load into R-Desk (POS reports and app statements), with customer names, phone numbers, addresses and IDs removed on this PC first.
You can see what was sent, and pause or stop sharing at any time in R-Desk.
Sharing is optional. The Sales Booster is prepared on your PC from the reports you load, so it and everything else in R-Desk work without sharing.

Once a week R-Desk connects to RestroSachiv to check your licence and look for updates. This happens even with sharing off.
It sends only an install code, a scrambled code for this PC and the app version. Your reports are sent only if you said yes to sharing.

Never sold or shared with anyone.
Deleted when you ask (use Request deletion in R-Desk Settings, or write to hello@restrosachiv.in), and deleted 12 months after the pilot ends.
Deleted copies drop out of our backups within 14 days.

We don't guarantee more sales or any result. The Sales Booster has ideas to try, and we check them with you the next week.
Our numbers come from your own reports. If a report is wrong or missing, our numbers will be too.
The GST summary is for your CA to check. It is not a GST filing. It covers GST on your own sales only. Swiggy and Zomato pay the GST on app orders, so it isn't in the tax you pay, but your CA may still need to show them in your return.

Anoop installs R-Desk on your PC in person. Windows may show a notice during install; Anoop will take you through it.
You set a PIN. Please keep it private.
Your PC, its backups and who uses it stay your responsibility.

You can stop the pilot at any time. Just tell us, and we'll delete your shared reports if you ask.
